Gwong-Yih Lee is Chairman of Cybertan Technology, Inc.

Mr. Lee has been founder for various start-ups including TransMedia Communication, Inc. (acquired by Cisco with more than $ 500 million in stock in 1999), Digicom Systems Inc. (acquired by Creative Labs in 1994).

Mr. Lee holds an M.S., Electrical Engineering, and The State University of New York at Stony Brook. B.S., Department of Electrical and Control Engineering, National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan.
